Great washing capacity, build quality is ok I suppose, bit plasticy, especially the door, I imagine the internals are all plastic also, especially considering the pricepoint. The washer it replaced was an old 5kg Miele unit, so it obviously doesnt compare (Miele was a tank) but we needed the extra capacity and couldnt afford £1000's for an equivalent. The Hisense does appear to use plenty of water, which I think is good, it means your clothes are well rinsed, which not many washers do nowadays for eco reasons, a cottons wash takes 3.5 hours, which is a bit long (the Miele took 2h20 ,which I thought was too long...) but it has quick wash, mixed etc. nice and quiet too, but if you have one heavy item in the drum (towel, bath mat etc.) it wont balance and thus spin, probably a common thing on cheap high capacity machines.

Very happy with my new appliance, exactly as described! It looks fab! The think I love most is how quiet it is!

The washing machine is very aesthetically pleasing. The drum capacity is large and it has a decent selection of programmes to choose from. Unfortunately, the performance didn't live up to expectations: clothing wet even after an extra spin. It is, however, very quiet and if you don't fair well with noise, this is definitely for you.
