Getting your new freestanding dishwasher installed is no problem for us. Here’s everything we’ll take care of.
We’ll get everything sorted on delivery day, but there are a few things you need to do and check before we arrive.
Make sure we’ve got clear access to the kitchen and that your new dishwasher will fit.
You’ll need to have your old appliance disconnected and out of the way. Want one less job to do? Go with our disconnection service and we’ll take care of it when we arrive.
There’ll need to be a standard plug socket within 1 metre of where your new dishwasher is going. There’ll also need to be a cold water supply and waste hose connector behind it.
If your new dishwasher is going next to a washing machine, then you’ll need a Y piece to split the cold water supply between the two appliances. If you’re replacing an old dishwasher, you should already have one. Don’t have one? You can find them in any hardware store.
Here’s everything our installation service doesn’t cover.
Yes, you can. But this might affect your delivery day, as it depends if any of our engineers are available. You can add installation up until 2pm the day before your original delivery date. Please give us a ring to get this sorted for you.
Pricing for this installation varies, this can be checked when adding your product to the basket. Please get in touch with the team with any queries you have around pricing for the installation service.
Disconnection is a separate service that you'll need to select in the basket or when placing your order over the phone.
Installation is available 7 days a week, but this depends on your location and whether engineers are available. If you're ordering online, you can see which dates are available by adding a product to the basket and entering your postcode. If you'd prefer to speak to one of the team, we'll be happy to discuss availability with you over the phone.
