We’ll get your laundry appliance ready in no time. Here’s everything we’ll take care of.
We’ll get everything sorted on delivery day, but there are a few things you need to do and check before we arrive.
Make sure there’s easy access to your kitchen and enough space for your new appliance.
If you’ve not chosen our disconnection service, you’ll have to make sure your old appliance is out of the way before we arrive.
You’ll need to have a plug socket within 1 metre of where your new appliance will be living.
If you’re getting a washing machine or washer dryer, make sure you have a cold water supply and waste hose connector nearby. Can’t see these? Get in touch to see if we can still install for you.
If your new washing machine or washer dryer is going next to a dishwasher, then you’ll need a Y piece to split the cold water supply between the two appliances. Don’t have one? You can find them in any hardware store.
Here’s everything our installation service doesn’t cover.
Yes, you can. But this might affect your delivery day, as it depends if any of our engineers are available. You can add installation up until 2pm the day before your original delivery date. Please give us a ring to get this sorted for you.

Disconnection is a separate service that you'll need to select in the basket or when placing your order over the phone.
Installation is available 7 days a week, but this depends on your location and whether engineers are available.
