Very impressed with the final results and loved the way it brought the pile of the carpet up again making the carpet like new.

Fantastic product fully recommend cleans carpet really well have cleaned my cream bedroom carpet which has come up like new as has my lounge carpet and my daughters rugs would recommend to everyone

This product was bought mainly as the company have been around for many years and looking at other reviews from people that have bought it, swayed me. Our carpet has not really been cleaned in years and with having 2 dogs it needed it. The dirt in the water was unbelievable. Now I have this Cleaner I will use more often

Carpets looked so much. Better after used. Instructions were a bit weird as all in pictures but got round them. Not too heavy or too noisy. Up to now pleased with it.

Great machine! As well as a machine that cleans and dries my carpets well, the easy of cleaning the machine afterwards was very important. I love that the rollers cover can clip off and be rinsed out. A nifty tool to get all the fluff out is also included. Carpets feel extra hygienic because of the hot wash. At first I thought the machine looked a bit plastic, but it felt fine once I used it. It it surrounded with rubber which helps when you bump into furniture or walls. I would think the right amount of cleaning solution as well as a good one, like Bissell's, is important for a clean outcome. Having said that, the twin rollers on this machine is great and it does feel like it gets down into the carpet fibers.

Not suitable for thick luxurious carpets. Carpet gets too wet and never dries out. Ruined our carpet, leaving a sticky residue due to the wetness. Impossible to hoover, afterwards.

Bought this carpet cleaner after doing some research, I have two dogs so my carpets get quite grubby and doggy smelling, I used the carpet cleaner and was amazed at the difference, carpet is like new and it drys so quickly, I also love the fact that it comes apart easily to clean so you have no unwanted dog hair and grime when you next use it. I haven't yet used the attachments so can't comment on them at the moment but I love this product.
