Much more modern than my old Bissell. Carpet cleaning really good and machine sucks up water well to leave carpet reasonably dry. Very easy to fill and empty. detachable roller casing makes cleaning post use much easier too.

This has turned out to be better than I ever thought it could be. Teally easy to put together, really easy to use. Quick process with great results. Having a new dog, my lounge carpet started to look off colour, even though I always wiped his paws before allowing him on the carpet. This cleaner was so easy to use, and it brought out do much dirt. It did not take long to dry and it looks fantastic. Easy to clean afterwards before putting away. It comes with six year warranty and it is worth the cost as same as getting it cleaned professionally twice. I can clean it every month if I want to. It can clean the sofas and the stairs too. So pleased I purchased it.

Absolutely love this! Comes with some mini cleaning solutions to try. My carpet looks like new again. High quality professional clean. My only complaint is it can be a little heavy when doing the max clean but that also means you cover more surface area and refill less frequently.

Absolutely brilliant - as they say, Better than a commercial cleaner, and not at all complex and difficult to operate and keep clean. Really good results so I got carried away and cleaned every carpet in the house in a couple of days

Does as it states

This product is easy to use and clean after use. It comes apart easily to clean and put back together again. I have only used it once and need to get used to not over wetting the carpet as it has taken a long time to dry. It has been over 8 hours and it is still damp in places. It is larger and heavier than I thought it would be.

The machine itself is great at carpet cleaning, however mine leaks dirty water and Bissell are not willing to replace it they, want to take it away and investigate the leak. Not the customer service I had hoped for.

Fantastic product and excellent service and delivery, made my carpets like new again with 3 dogs I wasn't sure that was even possible!
