Very happy with this laptop. Needed something for general at home use and this is perfectly suitable

This is an exceptionally good laptop to setup and use.

Really good everyday use laptop.. it was very easy to set up took very little time.. sleak and thin not heavy at all.. simple for kids to do their homework on. No issues so far!

Had issues with the delivery the original order was lost in transit. spoke to AO support and they were very helpful and sent out another laptop a week later. So far the laptop is running smooth im not really tech savvy and system seams easy to use with helpful tips running through the start up to going through the laptop features and programs. I'm sure if i have any issues HP support will help.

A fantastic looking laptop that arrived within the time promised. The packaging was excellent and really protected the laptop. It's been some time since I used a computer so it took me a while to set things up as I had no one in the know to ask for help. I struggled with some of the apps as I had forgotten passwords. But eventually everything came together. The "machine" works precisely as it should, I have no complaints whatsoever.
