this has the power of the Henry: on the super suction it is so strong it picks up the carpet too strong for me to use! - There is excellent suction without the boost, it picks up extremely well and the effect on carpet is clearly visible. easy to manoeuvre, lies flat to get under furnisher. only drawback is the weight - many people buy cordless "wand" vacuums for their easy use for people with physical difficulties, like me, I have severe arthritis in arms and hands which is why I bought this - I had past experience of Henry and always found them reliable so assumed this would be the same and my trial has assured me it will be. The weight was more than I expected it to be but with the extended handle in place I can manage it. The instructions were clear and diagrams easy to follow; one small point, I found in the bottom of the box a slip of paper to say if you want to return the item it must be unused! A bit disconcerting when the only way to make a judgement on performance is to vacuum a carpet! Overall a good buy.

Light and easy to use. Very versatile with many additional features that make things easier to hoover. Does the job really well.

Lovely vacuum cleaner

What can I say I’ve always had Henry’s and this one is so good it’s so much quicker to go round the house with it and to do the stairs is so much better no trying to carry the vac and sort the lead out unplug and all that.

The suction power is fantastic. Battery power is far better than out previous model. That said the hoover itself is very heavy and my wife does struggle with it. We are not a fan of the Henry bags you have to replace. Another expense, you can’t tell when it needs emptying either. Also the charging lead is a pain as you would expect it to charge when the unit is placed into its cradle. Unfortunately if a separate flimsy lead you have to plug in and pull out before use. Easy to forget and remove from cradle whilst still plugged in and lead could soon become damaged.

Pleased with this so far, suction is good on hard floor and carpet. Hair does get a bit caught in the rollers. Very easy to get the job done unlike heavy traditional hoovers. Even the kids vacuum!
