Good looking product .so quiet did not think it was working replaced a previous hotpoint oven very pleased.

Bought this oven for my new kitchen 2 months ago and am so disappointed, the right side doesn’t cook properly so things like Yorkshire puddings don’t rise on that side but cook great on the left and everything needs longer to cook, a cake that should have baked in 45 mins took 1 hr and 15 mins!!

Simple controls, plenty of space inside and looks good in the kitchen. Electrician said it was straight forward to install so overall happy.

A very good cooker for a little price just perfect for the 2 of us. AO fitting service was also very good no mess left behind and prompt letting us know they were on their way.

Wouldn't have normally bought a Hotpoint cooker, having reserved a special place for hotpoint washing machines and dishwashers etc etc. However a good deal at AO saw me buying it and not disappointed. Smooth clean contemporary lines complement an efficient kitchen perfectly. Here's to happy years of baking.

Our first oven we ordered was damaged and ao were very helpful in arranging a replacement to be delivered the next day. We fitted the oven and are very happy with its performance. It heats up quickly, cooks evenly and has simple, easy to use controls. It does exactly what we need it to do and does it well.

We have often bought Hotpoint and this oven came up to our expectations. AO's price decided on us buying from them.

Very quiet and efficient oven, heats up quickly and the double grill a brilliant idea. Found nothing to fault.
