AO fab service as always and the oven looks great. Good value for money.

Just installed this new double oven and am quite pleased with what I have received. All operation of the the oven is simple and works just as expected. An extra like about this product over my last oven is the upper oven has a light so you can clearly see inside the oven. All in all, very pleased.

The oven looks smart, and was great value. It heats up quickly for both grill and oven. I like it’s A energy rating and would recommend this oven! Delivery was prompted and friendly.

Excellent quality double oven. Feels solid with good features. The shelf trays do not fit in the narrow slots (without buying an extension kit) and are supposed to sit on the top of the side bars - this makes them slightly unstable when pulling out and pushing back in. Would definitely still recommend for the price though.

This is a good-looking double oven. It fits in well with our white and grey kitchen colour scheme, and slotted straight into the housing for the previous oven. Likes: It is very quiet in operation. Looks good. It does what is should do: fan oven, use alone or with top oven, grill, or half grill, or use the top options alone. Digital timer, auto end, auto start. Less good and why not 5 stars: The instructions are not clear. Took ages to work it how to set a delayed start for the oven - but it can be done! I don’t like that once the minute minder is set, it stays on that display, rather than displaying the main time. Maybe there’s a way to do this, but not found it yet. The temperature control knobs increase in 20 degree markings. This is fine for me as I am not fussed if it is 5 degrees or so out, but may not suit people who like more precision. The “new” smell is taking a while to disperse, particularly for the top oven/grill. I had the previous model for nearly 22 years, I hope this one lasts as long!

we replaced our old hotpoint it had broken for a new one we love it easy to use excellent oven And excellent service from AO.com
