Fitted this a week ago and very happy now we have one that isn’t damaged! This is the third one, first two both damaged in the same place. AO very quick to replace though, hassle free.

We ordered this oven after we spent Christmas Day battling with our old one to stay on long enough to cook the dinner. Decided enough was enough and a new one was needed. After reading the reviews we decided to go for this oven. It has so far been a good oven, having been used several times since it arrived, it is easy to use and heats up pretty quickly. Cons are that there is no indication as to when it is hot enough to put food in and the handles to turn it on get a little hot if the grill is on, so be careful of that. It does come with a grill pan handle which is handy. I would advise that you pay for installation if you are not sure what you are doing. My husband refused to pay for it, claiming he could do it himself. 2 minutes into the installation, he dropped a vital screw underneath the unit and thus began 30 minutes of cursing and assurances that a DIY shop couldn't help - 'operation install oven' was in some serious trouble. Thanks to some pretty *ahem* awesome MacGyver-ing by his lovely wife (a Christmas cracker magnet tied by a long string to a pencil) the screw was recovered and operation install oven was mostly a success.

I purchased this model to replace an older version of the same oven, which gave up the ghost, a fortnight before Christmas, after many years of reliable service. The new model arrived on 23rd December. Just in time for Christmas. The oven is quieter, quicker to get to temperature. The functions are easy to use and there is plenty of space in the main oven to cope with a full Christmas dinner for 6. An extra shelf for the bottom oven would be a suggestion for future. The burning off of transit oil is not pleasant but a necessity. To sum up: great value for money, easy to use, quiet, quickly reaches temperature, does everything I need and more. (Still haven't tried automatic timed cooking yet.) I like it a lot

Needed something real quick, reliable and well priced. Ticked all of the boxes and does what it says it will. Easy to use, sufficiently light to install. Could do with a larger grill pan based on grill size but works. Also very quiet.

Amazing oven and price, can’t believe I was trying to cook decent meals on my old oven for so long. I’m hoping my bills will go down too as it’s much more energy efficient!

Great oven and really easy to fit. This was an upgrade of an older hotpoint oven and really pleased with it. Would recommend!

This oven looks nearly identical to my old VERY expensive oven which had broken and for a fraction of the price. Used first time on Christmas Day and cooked a fab roast dinner! Lots of shelf height choices which was great.
