Good quality oven. Overall an excellent experience and would recommend hotpoint and Ao

I love my New double oven . I use my oven a lot and so far so good I have no complaints. When it was put in place I commented on how good it looks . It's easy to clean and I love the grill once you have it on for a minute or two it's fast overall I love my double oven

The first impression of the product was very good. It arrived without any signs of damage evident on the packaging. While I was installing the product I noticed that the right-hand bottom corner had sustained some damage while inside the packaging evident by a small bend in the front panel and cracked enamel. As I had already discarded the old, but still functioning, oven I decided to keep it and proceed with the installation. Approximately 10 days after the installation the glass on the inside of the upper over door shattered into thousands of pieces. It has to be assumed that the glass was weakened by the drop that had caused the other damage. Hotpoint sent out a Technician and the glass door was replaced within 3 days. Nevertheless, it's a disappointing start with a brand new product. I hope the problems are all behind us now.

Very happy with my new oven from ao. It replaces an older hotpoint model that I have had about 12 years. This is easier to use as only one control for the main oven. The service from ao was very good.

Item is smart & sets off the kitchen.It does everything indicated in description.Instructiins are easy to follow.It is great it has a grill & fan assistance is always better.Great value for money,sturdy equipment.

We bought this oven to replace our old and dying previous oven. New product fitted straight into the existing slot and was a quick job for our electrician to connect. Controls are obvious and easy to use. We’ll probably want to buy an extra shelf for the main cavity.

Bought this cooker mainly because of the previous reviews. Have used it a few times now and I cannot fault it. So easy to use didn’t really need the instructions. Cooked a lovely cake in it and the grill is great having a half grill and a full grill. Having the two ovens is very useful if you want to cook things at different temperatures and also for warming plates. All in all I would say an excellent cooker for the price with no gimmicks.
