Never use anyone else again - AO were stupendous from beginning to end - the oven is an asset to our kitchen - thank you (and just in time for Christmas!)

This was purchased to replace our old Hotpoint double oven and is virtually identical. We are not cooks so only need the simplist of ovens for basic cooking. The style and price of this one was perfect. The initial burning off smell it emits is horrendous but after a few maximum setting sessions it does fade and eventually disappears.

We bought this to replace a similar Beko oven which only lasted 3 years and went wrong on 3 occasions during its short life. In the end we decided to ditch it and try a different make. This oven seems better made than the Beko and has a more solid feel. The top oven is larger and the grill can be set to grill full width or you can just use one side. Once warmed up the ovens seem to run at a nice stable temperature. At the moment we are very pleased with it and hope it turns out to be more reliable than the rubbish Beko!

Overall look of the oven is fantastic - love the solid handles on both ovens. It is easy to use as well without having to refer to manual. The only negative is that I find it does cook on one side more than the other.

Very pleased with the oven. Easy to use. The dials do look a bit cheap but that’s not a problem. The grill pan comes with no splash tray which was a shame. Better to include one to ensure total satisfaction. My old one fits the tray. The ovens are a good size but have still to try a cake in the fan oven. It fitted well into the unit and is virtually self explanatory to use.

Old top oven was broken by my son so it was time to get a new one before Xmas This is the newer version of what we had and it has not disappointed. Great oven at a budget price.

This oven is brilliant fast efficient. Just love it. Simple to use and looks very stylish.
