Very happy with the dryer - it was pricier than I initially intended to spend, but after reading reviews decided it was better to spend that little bit extra. It took a while to get used to the longer cycles, having come from a condenser dryer, and sometimes some heavier items have to go back in for a few more minutes to be completely dry, but the electricity saving seems to be worth it. The associated app is really handy too for getting cycle alerts, and I especially like the ability to see how much cycles have cost.

I’ve been umming and ahhing about getting a dryer for so long and also needing a heat pump dryer. I finally took the plunge and couldn’t think of a better place to get my dryer than AO. The dryer is amazing, really has made a big difference in my day and wash routine. I’m a big Samsung fan and all my appliances have been Samsung branded due to my love for the brand. You can hardly hear the dryer, looks sleek and dries clothes perfectly. So glad with my purchase and highly recommend this dryer if you want a reliable product that will not disappoint

Superb 100 times better than our old condenser

Fantastic dryer. Having used condenser dryers previous and my last being a B rated, I was looking at the heat pump dryers for the rated efficiency. There are mixed reviews for heat pump dryers but the Samsung delivers. Dry times significantly less than the initial estimate and the app, though I considered it a gimmick actually works very well. The idea to put a light in the drum makes so much sense too!

Excellent product. Works very well. Replaced an old one which lasted 39 years. Only criticism is that a actual manual would be good.

Really great machine, always finished the cycle earlier than the stated time, amazing for electrical efficiency and usage. I like that this is super easy to setup and cleaning out the filters is simple, I do with the design for removing lint from the radiator at the bottom was easier as there is a slightly lip which can make it harder to get the buildup out.

This dryer costs more than most dryers but is worth the extra. It is quiet, efficient and is controllable via a smartphone app. Highly recommended.
