So far the tumble dryer is working great. It's been two weeks without any clothes hanger in the middle of the living room. The clothes come out dry, fluffy and no need ironing (working from home so we are not using shirts...).

Great service and brilliant machine. Quiet and efficient

I’ve only used it a couple of times but I can see how it’s got it’s A+++ rating. When you remove the clothes from a traditional tumble dryer they are almost too hot to touch. However, when they came out of this one they were all dry but felt cool. I dried clothes that I never would ha e put in a normal dryer and nothing seems to have been affected. Hopefully the house won’t be full of clothes on drying racks now.

I have only had the dryer a week but so far I am very pleased with the performance. I didnt realise the black panel had a black sticker over it so that when I turned the machine on for the first time I couldn't see the set up wizard! Started fiddling and the machine turned on. When I finally realised there was a sticker covering the panel, it was too late, the machine was set up in Swedish. Phoned samsung and was talked through how to change the language to English. A see through sticker would have been so much better. Anyway, once that was sorted, as I said, the performance is very good. Towels dry nicely and sheets don't tangle. The washing is more creased than my last dryer, even with the anti crease in use. Drying times are not too long and the machine adjusts to the dampness of the washing, which is really good. I do mot see the need for nor the use of wifi for the machine, so haven't even bothered trying to sort that out. The machine looks good and although slightly deeper than most machines, still fits ok under the worktop. I love the large drum capacity , which is great for bedding. All in all, I would recommend this machine. I feel it is worth paying extra for the Samsung name and the 5 year guarantee.

So easy to use and quiet. Looks very smart and modern. Just turn on and it’s stops when clothes are dry. Tune it plays when finished is a bit annoying
