Nice looking appliance. Very roomy with 5 drawers and 2 shelves and the controls are very easy to use, being at the side of the cabinet, instead of the usual top. The design of the handle and how it opens the day is very good. Ordering online and subsequent delivery was easy and went very smoothly; the delivery crew were extremely polite and courteous and installed the appliance with no problems. My only concern so far is that the temperature is a little erratic and unsettled, even when it has not been open for some time - I use a freezer thermometer with an external display to monitor this. I have now increased the temperature setting, so hopefully this will settle it down within tolerance levels. Apart from that, I am very happy with the freezer and with ao.

This Freezer was exactly what I needed. Very stylish looking and sleek but also has the benefit of loads of room for shopping. When I was putting my food away I was amazed at how much this freezer holds. So far - excellent. I would definitely recommend. I can also see by our smart meter that it is saving me money !
