Works fine after a week and delivery was prompt

1st time using a heat pump tumble dryer so just getting used to the settings. It definitely doesn’t get as hot and takes slightly longer to dry the clothes but is saving money so I just need to adjust to it. Pleased with my purchase.

So far this seems like a solid product. It was easy to install - twist the feet to get it level and then plug it in. The instruction manual and the program labels are both easy to understand. The clothes come out dry, though sometimes they're cold to the touch which makes them feel like they're still wet.

Only used it a couple of times. Drum doesn't seem to get very warm. Not sure if that is because it's a heatpump dryer. Can't put a lot of washing in but to be honest, I need to get used to it.

Very pleased with service from ordering to delivery machine is excellent just plug in and go instructions easy to follow drying time very accurate

Simple to use, nice big drum with a light inside. Lots of choice of drying options. Quiet. Doesn't eat lots of electricity.

I am very satisfied, I recommend it.

This is my first ever tumble dryer, so I'm a total newbie, but it's great ,no wet washing hanging around the house, reducing the risk of mould and damp. I've found it fairly easy to use, did do some research online. I don't think it takes a long time to dry, better than airdrying inside for over 24 hours! Easy to maintain after each load. I like it, it's a life saver to me and very cheap to run.
