Our old chest freezer died after over 40 years, but nothing lasts these days! So we needed a new one, looked at ao.com's website and saw this one. Smaller than the last, which was what we wanted, and the price was good, so decision made. The only thing missing that we would have liked was an interior light, as it lives in the garage.

Very disappointed that it was damaged when I unwrapped it. But it works and is spot on for me. Just a big dent, annoying

For the price I am very happy with this. It's a good size, gets cold and light enough to move around. So good I now have 2 of these. Missing a fast freeze and fost free option and it could be a little quieter so don't put it in living space but it's fine in the back of the kitchen. Also it's designed for shed/garages so perfect for long term storage!

The whole experience was a joy. From ordering to delivery. I bought this for my mother as she is getting on in age and needed extra freezer space so she would not need to go shopping often. The appliance is a perfect size for my mothers needs. It came well packaged and was simple to get up and running. The amount of frozen food she can get in this freezer is amazing. I recommend this for people who do not have a large amount of space in their utillity but need just a little more freezer space. Very smart clean lines, functional and quiet. Temperature control is at the front and visible instantly. Also has a drain plug at the front for easy defrosting and a good length lead. I can not think of anything I did not like about this appliance.
