product works well, could have been easier with written instructions. I know I'm not to comment on service or delivery but there's no other opportunity, took 5 days not 3, no dispatch email, no text on delivery day, a portcard through the letterbox then another day, day 6, to get it, where do I complain?

Brilliant vacuum - a replacement Animal for my old Dyson Animal that is 18 years old! I have no doubts that this one will last just as long. So easy to use with every attachment you could think of.

Amazing product! Couldn’t recommend highly enough! We vacuumed around with our ancient Dyson and then went over the area again with the new one; we were flabbergasted at how little our ancient cleaner was picking up!! Kudos to the new one!!

Excellent product. Light and manoeuvrable. Good suction. People in our house have long hair. Product deals with long hair well, and brushes do not get clogged.
