Great appliance quiet compared to normal dryers.

We’ve only had this tumble dryer for a few weeks but it is brilliant. It does take longer than our previous tumble dryer (condenser but not a heat pump) but it will still save us money. It is quiet, effective and easy to use. It was great service, as always, from ao.com - fast delivery, arrived when it was supposed to and great communication. All round, this was an easy and successful purchase.

I find the product to be an all round winner with the technology built into this appliance plus it’s low energy consumption

Great product, very quiet and drying times are automatically set by the dryer. After reading about extended drying times with a heat pump I was dubious. However this is not the case, fantastic dryer.

Great product, does everything I need it to do and is very quiet.

Seems to dry clothes/towels etc well so far. However, items are getting caught in the front of the drum, near the door, in the holes in the plastic frontage. One t-shirt was ripped. Monitoring the situation at present. It’s happened twice so far and is annoying.
