Working well so far, and gets clothes very nearly dry but not enough to put away without a bit more airing. Convenient to have the tank so it doesn't need to be plumbed in; needs emptying every time.

Really slick design, isn't incredibly loud and is definitely using less electricity than previous dryers. Glad I sprung for a better quality dryer! ??

Quieter than expected, works well and huge capacity. Eco mode leaves washing damp, otherwise very happy so far.

Well constructed and solid feel to it. Flexible choice of controls and programs. It does take longer to dry than the old vented drier technology, which was expected. Not had opportunity to compare running costs yet. Overall, pleased with product.

Great product. Took a little getting used to, its worth noting that you will need to select a higher drying quality before setting a program on to run. I cant fault it so far, its really quite as well.

Understand this is new technology but this machine cannot handle a full load of anything. What ever program is used and time says 2 hours for example, multiply that by 3 and after it has finished always keep the door open due to condensation within the machine as water sits in the bottom of the condenser which according to the engineers is perfectly normal. Unfortunately this machine looks good but in the 6 months that we have had this machine 3 callouts and each time over a month for the engineers to arrive we are now stuck with this machine.

Energy efficient but has a habit of stopping before clothes are fully dry

Really like this dryer as its easy to clear the fluff from the filters, looks great and is really efficient. The price was lower than other makes for a 9Kg Heat pump A+++ rated dryer and as its a replacement for a Hotpoint condenser dryer (B rated), we should also save some money on our future electric usage. Additionally the dryer does have some plastic parts, so we arranged an insurance cover after purchase.
