Excellent product, well made and easy to use.

If I could leave no stars and go minus I would. Do not buy this one way rotation cold dryer. To be short and blunt . When you want to dry your bed linen you have to keep taking out the duvet and wrestling with a tight ball every 10 minutes do not underestimate how tight it gets and you can only put it in on it’s own as it will drag everything that is in there into its core. I have made a vey expensive mistake please do not make the same. I have no good things to say it also takes a day to dry stuff and if you think that the programs work they do not when you find your best dry time and heat setting you use that one for all

It does what it needs to, it's quiet, simple to use and has an excellent energy rating.

Drier is easy to operate, efficient and according to my smart meter, cheaper to run. Clothes come out perfectly dry first time. It even provides reminders to clear the filters.

Excellent product so far reduced our electricity usage.

After using my old hotpoint for nearly 20 years I decided to splash out on a new hotpoint tumble dryier so plumbed for the heat pump type Well it was someting out of this world with tech. I was baffled .but i have now got the hang of it and done my bit for the planet by the A rating and it does save me a lot on electric Its definately worth the money and looks good

First time using a heat pump model, so still getting used to it but so far very efficient, quiet to run, easy set up
