Very happy with this tumble dryer, so much cheaper to run than my 15 year old condenser dryer. Looks great and easy to use.

Really happy with this product, first time using a heat pump tumble. Very quiet, doesn’t overheat the room. A standard has a lint filter in the door, but bigger and catches a lot more. Also instead of having to pull the old filter from the bottom of the machine and wash it down, you just pull out another lint filter which is so much easier! Clothes to take a little longer to dry, but not by much maybe just 20 minutes or so. Overall, very happy. Looking forward to it costing less to run too!

This is the first heat pump tumble drier we have owned. So far results have been excellent. The machine is very quiet in operation and completes the drying cycle very quickly. The loads are relatively small as there is just myself and my wife, but using the bed and bath setting a load of towels dried in around 3hrs. This was only 10 mins longer than our condensing tumble dryer, but used a lot less energy. The 2 Fluff filters are easy to access and clean, although I'm pretty sure that the filter inside the drum will eventually fail because of the hinge design which allows constant flexing of the plastic every time the filter is opened and closed. This happened exactly the same on our previous condensing tumble dryer. So you'll need to factor in a replacement filter probably every 2 to 3 years, they're not expensive at around £15 or so. I'm hopeful of a long life span for the product as we experienced from our previous Hotpoint Tumble dryer, which lasted nearly 10 years. My overall impressions are a quality product, very energy efficient, easy to operate and very quiet in operation.
