After using my old hotpoint for nearly 20 years I decided to splash out on a new hotpoint tumble dryier so plumbed for the heat pump type Well it was someting out of this world with tech. I was baffled .but i have now got the hang of it and done my bit for the planet by the A rating and it does save me a lot on electric Its definately worth the money and looks good

First time using a heat pump model, so still getting used to it but so far very efficient, quiet to run, easy set up

So pleased with the item. Great drying and clothes come out very soft. Good selection of programs, especially the anti allergy. Also good that no need to vent out and very economical to run. Well worth the cost and highly recommend

Happy with tumble dryer upto now

Really happy with the dryer. We tend to use the 'eco' programme most, set to extra dry and have had no problems. Takes longer than our old dryer but that was a venter so blew a lot of hot air and was really inefficient, just like the Tories!

Quiet, sleek, efficient and delivery of the item was very smooth ??

The product is great, service from AO was really poor. The delivery was delayed and the install was a joke, all it needed was to be levelled and I had to ask the team 3 times to get it done correctly

The new tracking of your delivery is excellent you can track the vehicle all day, so that you can carry on with your day, without fear of missing your time slot, it also counts down how many other drops are ahead of you. I Have used ao.com a few time. no problems at all and will if need to use again.
