I got a heat pump to make sure is was efficient as possible. My first tumble dryer in over a decade due to enegy usage - so please they have these very efficient machines now. Anyway had it 3 weeks so can't comment much (let me honest just want to be in the prize draw to get my money back). Ask me again in 5 years.

This is a quality product at an extremely competitive price. It is much quieter than my previous Bosch. Highly recommended.

This is a good product but the automation really lets it down. When I put a load in and select one of the pre-set settings, it will begin on that cycle but after a few minutes it'll reduce the time greatly, thinking it doesn't need that long however at the end of the (reduced) cycle the clothes are still slightly wet. Therefore we have to just use a timed method and manually put in a time. Having to not plug this into the drainage is also handy so we could put it where ever we wanted.

Absolutely fabulous tumble dryer. Very quiet compared to my last condenser dryer and whilst it did seem to take a little longer to dry the clothes it is certainly alot cheaper to run. Overall a great machine at a great price, highly recommend!

A+++ what more to be said, expensive upfront cost but should hopefully not break the bank any further during the winter months when it will be needed most
