As a tumble dryer it works perfectly, takes a little longer than our old condenser but that's not really noticeable. Slightly more involved clearing filters etc but you soon get used to it. Cost saving from a B rated to a A+++, this dryer should pay for itself in about 2 years. It's also a lot quieter and clothing doesn't come out red hot. Definitely a good buy.

Saves energy by only drying for as long as it needs to. Easy to operate.

Fantastic product! Perfect tumble drier and dried stuff so fast

Decent machine, very economical when checking the usage amount. Selecting the right programme and adding similar type clothing / materials help otherwise the sensor stops the load and it can still be damp. This is not an issue if the above is done. It operates very quietly and I am very pleased with my purchase from AO and I would recommend this product to others. Do not be put off by the higher heat pump machine costs. It will pay it's self back on the electric it saves.

Very quiet and drys clothes well

I love this tumble dryer. It is really easy to use and is quite while running. There are lots of programme options along with the choice to put in your own time. Its really easy to empty too, and looks great next to the hotpoint washing machine!

I haven’t used it much due to the hot drying weather at the mo. I’ve dried a couple of loads of towels and some sheets. Towels come out soft and fluffy. Unfortunately the sheets were quite creased, even with crease care on. Drying times usually quicker than on the initial timer. However the time to end number goes up and down, e.g. it says 7 minutes remaining, you go check in 7 minutes and it says 10 minutes still remaining, you check again in 10 minutes and there are 12 more to go! Bit of a strange smell on the first couple of uses, but I’ve left the door ajar when not in use and it has dissipated.
