very nice unit but came with a small side dent,we were given a 40.00 discount as no time to return b4 xmas otherwise would be 5 tar

Had the equivalent which lasted 18 years so why change! Improvement is the light at the front which shows everything. Really pleased but as usual what would you expect from Samsung. I love all their products

Samsung American fridge freezer is a fantastic item. It has ice and water and is very practical. Exactly after what I was after. Delivery was quick and driver was very helpful and polite.

We had a Samsung fridge freezer before and this one doesn’t disappoint. It is very quiet and after a power cut cools very quickly. It fits perfectly on the kitchen. Excellent product very pleased we bought it.

The fridge is working well and would have got 5* if it hadn’t have been for the fact that the doors are not alighted. The gap between the doors is 7mm wider at the top than the bottom. There where 3 attempts to rectify this by the fitters and engineers but it was not possible to correct the fault. So a new replacement fridge was sent - but it has the same problem !!! I was offered a discount as the product was imperfect and it seems all these models could have the same problem . Otherwise it works fine and is great.

Looks amazing in our new kitchen. The ice and water dispensers are really easy to use, the fridge is well lit and the controls are on the inside, the fridge has a brushed finish and handles that are inside the door which is great for space saving. Great price when we purchased it too!

Good size, well spaced shelves with good visibility. Water filter is external to fridge, so does not take up food storage space. Replacement filters are also much cheaper than our previous equivalent Samsung model. Small detail but good - ice cubes are neat little squares rather than big moon shapes. Overall very pleased.
