Faulty freezer - Samsung useless, AO were great.

Started off to be a great fridge freezer however after 5 months of use the freezer completely died. Absolutely appalling customer service from Samsung. 7 weeks after initially reporting the issue and still no closer to getting it repaired. Samsung simply said they're waiting for a part and couldn't give me any estimation on date.
The customer service from AO.com on the other hand was exceptional. They stepped in, put pressure on Samsung to expedite the repair and when they had no success either they replaced the entire unit with no quibble. Very happy with AO.com but not so happy to still be a Samsung customer.
