Nice fridge freezer, but the ice / crushed ice dispenser is a bit hit and miss! Sometimes it goes your glass, sometimes it ends up all over the floor!
Freezer area was smaller than expected.

Good, but first one faulty

It is a good product, when working (our first one only lasted 3 months before the freezer broke). Replaced under warranty so no cost, but was hassle and had no freezer for a fortnight. New one working well. Would be 5* if the first hadn’t broken.

Ok but missing one essential thing

Not bad but missing one essential thing. A light when using the water / ice dispenser. Can’t see the water level when using it in the dark. A feature my previous (far cheaper) American fridge freezer had.

Good value replacement

replacement for previous Samsung FridgeFreezer we’d had for 11 years. Sleek design and finish however It does lean back more than 4% even though our floor is level and it’s not possible to adjust this due to the central roller being there. The doors are a little heavy to open and take a bit of getting used to and the water spout spurts to the side. Does not have a bottle rack but kept the one from old fridge which fits. Overall I am pleased with product for the price we paid.
