    Plenty of space and good looks.

    Had a similar Samsung American Fridge Freezer before and this one is at least as good with plenty of space and good looks. Adjustable shelves would be a plus but that's about the only negative thing.

    Overall I am very pleased with this product but there should be a drip tray for the water dispenser and I am finding the water dispenser itself a bit awkward.

    If I could have given this no stars I would have. We bought this product in May 2021. It recently developed a fault which has resulted in us losing approximately £150 worth of food in the freezer. The customer service support from Samsung has literally been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. In spite of an engineer coming out and informing that the fault is not fixable they have not provided us with a resolution or replacement. Luckily, AO.com have been AMAZING and have taken on the issue for us which has allowed us to move forwards. Having never dealt with Samsung before, I can confidently say that I will never buy one of their products ever again. Please don’t buy a fridge freezer from Samsung. However, definitely buy your products from AO.com as their customer service is outstanding.

    This fridge freezer is large and has ample room for a family. It's well thought out with just the right amount of shelves and drawers for easy access to everything.

    Loving the water and ice dispenser

    This fridge freezer is brilliant. It has so much space, our usual weekly shop was tightly packed into our old fridge but the new fridge is so spacious. We are particularly impressed with the digital features, the ice maker and water dispenser are very good and my boys are always asking to drink more water now. It's an investment but one that is definitely worth the money.

    Nice and stylish Fridge Freezer, with easy access to everything inside. The simple shelving construction means they are easy to remove and so is very easy to clean. Deep door shelving keeps items secure when opening the doors.

    Excellent design and function. Easy to install with plumbing using a micro flex tunneling to supply water. Great delivery and service from customer services and delivery team
