If I could have given this no stars I would have.
We bought this product in May 2021. It recently developed a fault which has resulted in us losing approximately £150 worth of food in the freezer. The customer service support from Samsung has literally been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. In spite of an engineer coming out and informing that the fault is not fixable they have not provided us with a resolution or replacement.
Luckily, AO.com have been AMAZING and have taken on the issue for us which has allowed us to move forwards. Having never dealt with Samsung before, I can confidently say that I will never buy one of their products ever again.
Please don’t buy a fridge freezer from Samsung. However, definitely buy your products from AO.com as their customer service is outstanding.
