So far, so good. This is a smaller American Fridge Freezer but it has ample room for everything we need and I especially like the deep door shelves and two good-sized vegetable boxes. Well designed and easily accessible. The ice maker, etc. works well and and the whole item is stylish.

I had my last American Samsung fridge/freezer for 14 years, so wanted similar product. Delighted with this and the service from ao. Took my old one away and new one plumbed one no bother. The appliance itself is sleek with bags of room (more than my old one). Delighted with my purchase.

Ordered for new kitchen, delivery was quick and easy. Building team installed and I couldn't be happier. Chosen mainly due to sizing needs and really happy it ticked all the boxes and came in under budget. Perfectly sized for a family for 5 with space for festive extras and leftovers. Cleaners easily and love the enclosed handles. Very sleek smart design with water, cubed and crushed ice dispenser, so I wonder why it was cheap?! The water dispenser is easy to use my 7 year old kids sussed it straight away and my 3 year old can't open the doors (Winner!). Cubed ice is a little aggressive but overall, really pleased with ease of purchase; fab product and price.

I initially ordered this product and unfortunately it arrived damaged so had to be returned. Initial customer service via the phone didn't fill me with confidence however I waited for the item to come back into the stock. I called knowing when the item was back in stock and the service provided was second to none. The item was delivered and the installation team that came were brilliant. Although I had to wait for the item the product itself is lovely and I would recommend the item.
