Excellent product, very spacious and quiet

Fridge is amazing and really good value for the price we paid! Got really lucky with a special offer! However the front door has a couple of minor dings, really small so not enough to ask for it to be replaced (especially after installation etc), but enough to be minor my disappointed. Also installation wasn’t that great as we had a slightly wrong sized T on the pipe, that the installers couldn’t connect to, so I had to install myself after swapping over to a washing machine T. Otherwise really great!

Good capacity, chills quickly, great ice and water dispenser, mix of shelves and drawers in freezer is very handy.

Having had a nice Beko American style fridge freezer fail on us after 8 yrs. we turned to the Samsung and was very pleased. Much more room in the fridge and freezer. Only negative point was there was no light on the water dispenser but that is so minor. A great fridge freezer all in all very quiet and looks good.

A great product and lots of space inside. The only downside is that the depth of the doors requires a big gap at the sides and is not flush with kitchen cupboards.

Excellent solid freezer with lots of room & quite. Has a good setup of containers to store different types of food.

Do not buy this product if you want a working ice maker. Mine is 4 months old and until this weekend was working perfectly. I actually really liked it space ice and water dispenser etc. Now it has stopped making ice. As it is only 4 months old I contacted Samsung after trying all the trouble shooting methods. My water dispenser is still working so it is clearly an issue with the ice maker. They now want me to defrost the whole fridge freezer for 4 - 6 hours to see if this solves the issue. I have now done some research and it seems this is a really common problem with Samsung ice makers. I have been on chat for 1 and a half hours with them while they repeatedly told me to try different trouble shooting options that I had already tried. Including that I had too much in the freezer or the food wasn’t stored in there correctly. I am now awaiting a further call to see if they will cover the cost of food wastage from the defrost. This shouldn’t be happening with a 4 month old fridge freezer. This is no reflection on AO their service is not the issue here.

It is our first American Fridge Freezer and we wish we had purchased one year`s ago. Very convenient having the fridge and freezer together and a decent space inside. Quiet enough to not notice it running. Overall very pleased.
