Very easy to use, steam heats up quickly, long cord which is great for my kitchen, you also get 2 pads so can still use when one in wash. Would definitely recommend this.

My cleaner recommended getting one of these as she had one from Tesco. I bought on the strength of the reviews. When she used it she was so impressed she is now buying one too and ditching her old one!

This is one of the best household appliances I have ever purchased. Very easy to use and sparkling floors in seconds. Having mainly tiled and hardwood floors it has made cleaning them so much quicker and easier. Easy to assemble and so simple to change mop pads. If I have to criticise one thing it doesn't stay upright when stored so needs to be leaned against or hung on wall. Have already recommended to a couple of friends. Great product.

Never had the floor this clean. After using I used a kitchen towel over the area and it came up clean. Unbelievable.

I really like the performance of the Shark steamer mop. It cleans well and doesn't leave lots of water on the floor. I cleaned the kitchen floor, bathroom and ensuite with just 2 fills of the tank. The mop is sturdy and well-made. There are a couple of drawbacks, a) it's a bit heavy to carry about. b) the handle won't stand up or lean without falling over. However, overall I am very pleased with the first ever steam mop I've bought.

Does what it should, with excellent results. The one fault I find is that it does'nt stand alone, it has to be 'propped' up it would be more convenient if it, when you let go of the handle it didn't fall over.

I wish I had brought this years ago. Easy to put together and use and well designed. The cord is a good length and stores easily onto the handle. The steam drys straight away and is easily released by pressing lightly down on the handle. My floors come up very clean. Easy removal of pads for washing. The mop flips over whilst you are cleaning when it gets dirty to the clean side if you have a few floors to clean. 5 stars love it...

The best steam mop I have ever used, floors are so clean and house fresh! Shark products really do deliver!
