Great steamer, comes with a couple of pads so you have a spare.

Really pleased with this steam mop I had a vax before and the shark has so many more positive features ( including a longer lead and longer running time before needing more water!) highly recommend!

The mop head is larger than I was anticipating, but not really a problem, except for storing it. It would be great to have had a wall bracket option.

Brilliant product works very well on tiled and laminate flooring. Light and easy to carry, long flex and the extra shot of steam gets rid of stubborn marks. You can not beat Shark products, I have the vacuum cleaner as well which is another excellent product.

I love it my floors are spotless and the steam is so powerful any dirty marks it just lift them.
