Disappointed. Ordered this as always had cheaper ones in the past. I like the klik and flip mechanism and the steam spray option but ultimately it's a let down. It only seems to wet the floor in a streak from the centre of the pad rather than all/most of the pad. The steam pressure doesn't seem to last long and you have to wait a few moments before it builds again during use. It's just such a let down and I had high hopes. Avoid.

Only used once currently hence only 4 stars but not problems so far. Easy to use, you think your floors are clean and then you use this.

Very impressed with the shark steamer. I would recommend to anyone. Easy to put together and easy to remove and replace cleaning cloth pad.

As always, a really good, well priced product from an excellent company. The mop does exactly what it says. Cleans well without soaking tha floor. Good size and easy to use.

It seems to work quite well. The area that holds the water is easy enough to fill with the cup provided. It’s nice being able to use both sides of the cloth. It heats up quickly and doesn’t leave the floor really wet but I wonder how much dirt it actually removes (my floor was pretty clean already so I might test it on a dirtier floor). It doesn’t take up lots of space but as others have mentioned, it’s hard to get it to stand up for storage, you sort of have to lean it against something.

Really easy to use, and does a good job of getting all the dirt up from the floor.
