Well made and designed - but programs are all very long - the main program I used to use on my old Hotpoint which took 1hr:20m on this takes 3hrs:20m

bought this washing machine as i wanted to by a washing machine that is up to doing a good job .. Really impressed with the drum clean programme and the good size drum .

Stunning washing machine with an array of handy features. Ample room for large washes and most importantly, it''s near silent! 10/10.

So, I have had this machine for around two weeks now. Whilst it is very good looking and pleasing on the eye and capacious with many programmes and features it is not without some little foibles. My last machine had a quick wash of 26 minutes on the Hisense it''s over an hour. The other very annoying thing is that when it spins and reaches a certain RPM the whole thing goes into a wobbling and shaking frenzy that vibrates throughout the house. The machine is level and on a solid base but I cannot stop it doing this.

I''ve had this a couple of months now. On the positive side, it''s very quiet (although it has developed a rhythmic clicking as the drum turns), seems very economical compared to my previous machine, takes a huge load and it was cheap.Working against that is that the documentation is appallingly bad (think engrish written by somebody who has no idea what it does) and the programs seem ill thought out with little performance differentiation (this not helped by the fact that programs are hardly mentioned in the manual and the afterthought of an A4 sheet on this is highly inaccurate).

I have totally fallen out with this machine. We've only had it a few months but it's not doing it's job properly.more often than not we've had to re-wash loads of washing (we're not overloading) because it doesn't smell clean. The cycles are SO long too, it's annoying when you go to change the temperature and suddenly it adds another 50 mins or so. There are hardly any cycles less than 2 hours long. It also left stains on several tops after only a few uses. Also, if you like a hand wash cycle as I do, beware - the spec on AO says there is a hand wash cycle but there isn't. I'm fed up with it already and am admitting defeat and buying a new machine.

Our last machine bit the dust so had to get a replacement asap, wife loves her washing! Was able to get a next day delivery, and this machine is way quieter than our last, and washes quickly. We like the function that allows you to pause and add clothes mid cycle

I bought this a month ago and it is the best washing machine ive ever had, its cleans brilliantly
