Quality and quiet

Very pleased with the Hisense WFQA1014EVJM. It was kindly brought into our kitchen by the delivery drivers, who were first class. They advised that we should remove 4 transit bolts, located on the rear of the machine, which we did before fitting. The machine was easy to plumb in as we had existing plumbing and plug socket nearby. It's very quiet, has a varied program of wash cycles, and a handy 15 minutes quick rinse and spin. We're a busy family, and so far, it's coped well with everything we've thrown at it. It's even coped adequately with a heavy military sleeping bag, and had no problems washing & spinning it. Overall, great washing machine, competitive price and great service from AO.

As a product it''s good. Works well and is quiet. But you should be aware that the product you get is different in appearance to the one advertised on the AO.com website. I thought I was getting a machine with a clear glass door with black rim. What you actually get is a machine with a large black plastic door that looks v cheap and doesn''t allow you to look into the drum.This might not be a big deal to you, but in a kitchen of white goods, it sticks out like a sore thumb.Very disappointed with how this product is advertised. Very misleading.By the time it was unboxed and plumbed in for me it was too late to do anything.
